Counselya provides strategic technology architecture consulting, Composable Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) engineering, Omnichannel CRM integrations (specifically WhatsApp Cloud API middleware), Cognitive AI setups, and enterprise digital transformations. All advisory audits, proposals, and delivery timelines are subject to formal Statement of Work (SOW) agreements.

2. User Agreement & WhatsApp Redirection

By using our contact form or clicking call-to-action points, you acknowledge and agree that your inputs are processed client-side and dynamically redirected to WhatsApp to initialize communication. You are solely responsible for providing accurate and active WhatsApp contact details.

3. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to typography, Bento layouts, case studies, graphics, text copies, and custom animations, is the intellectual property of Counselya Technology Private Limited. No material may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without our explicit prior written consent.

Counselya provides technology services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. In no event shall Counselya or its directors (including Aman Jha) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or operational disruptions arising out of your use of our platforms or software setups.

5. Client Warranties

If you engage Counselya for custom automation systems, you warrant that you possess all necessary permissions and compliance keys (such as Meta Business Manager verification, WhatsApp Cloud API access credentials, and CRM tokens) required for us to integrate and test our systems.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from these terms or your engagement with our platforms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Darbhanga, Bihar, India.
